Born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee, Mixx Tenn began djing after moving to Northwest Arkansas in 2002. Since then, he has rapidly become an integral part of the music scene through his successful mixtape series, frequent club and party gigs, and even performing a regular bi-weekly DJ set at Skillz Unlimited Barbershop. Nominated in 2006 for Radio DJ (Mixer) of the Year at the Southern Entertainment Awards, Mixx Tenn was also Arkansas hip-hop group SoundChild Crew’s official DJ from 2005 to 2007. As an active member of Future Star DJs, Mixx Tenn promotes and represents the vibrant Northwest Arkansas DJ scene to the rest of the South and the nation at large.

After moving to Northwest Arkansas for graduate work in 2006, Eric Jensen became involved with KXUA 88.3FM, working as an on-air DJ, music reviewer, Promotions Director, and Station Manager. Since 2008, he has served as the Music Director for Art Amiss, producing and releasing 9 compilations featuring the music of Arkansas bands, solo artists, and DJs. In the course of promoting the local music scene, Eric also began djing, and currently hosts “DJ EJ’s Wheels of Steel” funk/disco/hip-hop events at Smoke & Barrel Tavern and chill music nights at The Nines. Recently, he was commissioned to produce 6 mixes for Riffraff lifestyle boutique, and has served as Fashion Week’s Music Director since its inception in 2012.

Tony Gray, better known as DJ Shortfuze, has been djing around Northwest Arkansas and throughout the region for the last 18 years. Starting out as a hip-hop/battle DJ, he later turned his focus to party rocking in the club setting. He’s held a residency at Fix Ultra Lounge for the last 6 years, in addition to playing alongside several national acts, including Mix Master Mike of the Beastie Boys and Three Six Mafia. Most recently, he won the Waka DJ Classic, earning him the opportunity to perform at the Wakarusa Music Festival in 2013. Shortfuze has djed for Northwest Arkansas Fashion Week runway shows and after parties since its first year in 2012, as well as playing at a host of other fashion shows and benefits across Northwest Arkansas.DJ Derrick January 23 2014

With over 20 years of experience in the DJ field, DJ Derrick has become one of the most in demand and diverse DJs in the state of Arkansas. In 2012, he won “Best DJ” at the Northwest Arkansas Music Awards. The official DJ of Razorback Basketball and Track & Field events, Derrick has recently gained national recognition through his appearance as a featured DJ on XM Satellite Radio’s Shade 45, a popular hip-hop station created by Eminem.

M.Bolez is a Northwest Arkansas based electronic dance music producer and DJ, who focuses on Trap, Twerk, Hip-Hop, and House with his original compositions, remixes, edits, and DJ sets. In the last few years he has opened for some of the biggest names in the industry including Snoop Dogg, Nick Catchdubs, 12th Planet, and Benzi. 2014 looks to be a busy year as he continues to release a wide variety of music, with gigs throughout the region and at home, where he holds residencies at Fix Ultra Lounge and 21st Amendment, as well as djing monthly events at Smoke & Barrel Tavern and LiT Lounge.
